Garden & Chapel
An idyllic setting for a wedding ceremony is our gazebo in the garden. An additional fee of R 650.00 is payable if the wedding ceremony takes place on the premises. This includes the set-up with use of the red carpet, umbrellas and chairs.

Catering
Catering is done by Edenheim and the menu ranges from R 185.00 per person. This price includes the following: A 3- course meal consisting of 1 starter, 2 main courses, 6 salads or vegetables, 1 dessert, coffee & tea; full white chair covers; white damask table linen; crockery; cutlery and waitresses. Breakfast, Spitbraai, Picnic and Cocktail menus are available.  We will also gladly create a menu tailored to your needs. Snacks as well as pre-function drinks are available at an additional fee. Unfortunately, guests are not allowed to provide their own.

Cash Bar
A Cash bar and barman is available at a fee of R 300.00 which includes ice and glasses. Clients are welcome to bring their own wine and sparkling wine. A corkage fee of R 10.00 is charged per 750ml opened bottle and 2 bottles are allowed per person. No corkage fee will be charged if clients prefer to provide their own juice and ice.

Payment
The function fee is quoted per person and the total bill for the function must be settled 5 working days prior to the function. Confirmation of your number of guests must be made 10 days prior to the function, where after you will be invoiced accordingly.  Edenheim shall not be obliged to adjust the final attendance if the figure is changed after this time.

Bookings
A deposit of R 2.500,00 is required when making a booking and is non-refundable should the booking be cancelled. The deposit will secure the date you have chosen. This deposit will be deducted from your final account. Please forward a copy of the deposit slip with a copy of the signed document to confirm your booking.  A booking is only confirmed once we have received a copy of both the deposit slip and the signed booking contract. Prices quoted are subject to availability and valid until 31st August 2007. Edenheim reserves the right to change our function prices according to our suppliers.
