Location
Villa St James is conveniently situated on the coastal main road within walking distance to St James beach celebrated for its balmy climate, warmer Cape waters, whale watching and accessibility along the railway line which extends along the scenic coastal route to Simon’s Town. Also within walking distance from the Villa is the enchanting Kalk Bay village, with its antique shops, fine restaurants, sophisticated shopping, fishing harbour, historic walks, and museums. Constantia Wine estates, golf courses, yachting, kite surfing, deep-sea fishing, shark diving, whale watching, hiking, caving and more are all within 10 minutes of the Villa.
Ocean View Garden 
Villa St James’ romantic, rejuvenating and inspiring beauty is ideal for wedding ceremonies in the ocean-view garden and pool area. Alternatively you may prefer a beach ceremony on St James Beach or a church ceremony in Kalk Bay.
Stately Dining Room
The stately dining room is perfect for throwing an elegant wedding reception or dinner party for up to 30 guests. Among the many visual treats in this room are Venetian mirrors, silk curtains, crystal chandeliers, a gilded ceiling, state of the art stereo, views of sea and garden, and deco parquet floors. The grand dining room is truly a regal event.

Upon inquiry we will send through our standard menu options for your perusal, however, please indicate what your preferences would be in order for us to offer an accurate menu to suite your requirements and budget.
Additional requirements
All additional requirements may be arranged with our in-house co-ordinator. This includes ceremony equipment hire, floral décor, printed menus, minister, photographer, videographer, music etc
Accommodation included
Included in the venue fee is accommodation for the bridal couple and family for up to 16 guests. Other features of the villa include 2 lounges with a substantial music and literary collection, billiard room, English pub, indoor and outdoor terraces and trellised grapevine courtyard. The living area spills outdoors to the sheltered garden and outdoor swimming pool, with unbroken calming vistas of the Indian Ocean.
